Who these terms are between

These terms govern your use of TbilisiExperts at tbilisiexperts.ge, operated by [OPERATING ENTITY — legal name and registered address to be supplied] (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, stop using it.

What this site is

TbilisiExperts is an independent editorial guide to professional services in Tbilisi. We research firms, test them, and publish ranked shortlists with the reasons behind each placement. We are not an agency, a broker, an introducer or a marketplace. We do not take instructions from readers, we do not handle anyone’s matter, and we are never a party to the contract you sign with a firm.

Editorial independence

Every list on this site is independently researched and ranked. Ranking decisions are editorial: they are made by us, on the evidence from the six checks set out in our methodology, and we are not paid for those decisions. Firms are free to tell us they exist; that puts them into a review round, not onto a page.

If the way we fund the site ever changes in a way that could bear on a ranking, we will say so on this page and on the methodology page before it affects a list.

The rankings are opinion

A ranked list is our editorial judgement at the date stamped on it. It is an opinion, not a certification, an accreditation, an audit or a professional endorsement. Reasonable people applying the same six checks could order a list differently.

• Rank order reflects how firms compared on our checks, not a measurable score.
• Facts we publish — registration details, languages, districts, fee ranges, review counts — are accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date shown and can go out of date without us knowing.
• Fee ranges are indicative market observations, not quotes and not offers. Only the firm can quote you.
• Absence from a list is not a criticism. Most firms in Tbilisi have simply not been through a review round yet.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, medical or dental advice. We rank professionals in those fields and we write guides about how the systems around them work, but that content is general information about a market — it is not advice about your situation, and no reader relationship, client relationship or duty of care arises from reading it.

Do not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of anything published here without taking advice from a qualified professional engaged by you. Where a page describes a deadline, a threshold, a permit requirement or a fee, verify it with a professional or the relevant authority before you rely on it. Rules in Georgia change, and our pages are re-checked quarterly, not daily.

No guarantee about the firms we list

Appearing on a list means a firm cleared our checks at the time of review. It is not a warranty of the firm’s competence, licensing, solvency, conduct, availability or the outcome of your matter. We do not supervise the firms, we have no control over how they treat you, and we are not responsible for their work, their fees, their delays or their mistakes.

Your engagement is with the firm alone. Check their credentials, read the engagement letter, and keep your own records. If a listed firm treats you badly, we want to know — it is evidence for the next review — but that does not make us liable for it.

Third-party links and content

We link to firm websites, public registries and other third-party resources for convenience. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse their content, and we are not responsible for what they publish, collect or do. Ratings and review counts sourced from third-party platforms are reproduced as observed and are subject to those platforms’ own accuracy.

Corrections and right of reply

If we published something inaccurate, tell us. Use the correction route and send the page, the specific line, and whatever evidence supports the fix.

• We acknowledge correction requests within two business days and aim to resolve verifiable factual errors within five.
• When we correct a page we re-stamp its update date so readers can see it moved.
• A correction fixes facts. It does not change a rank on request — the rank stands until the next quarterly re-evaluation, which is where new evidence gets weighed.
• Firms may send a written response to anything we publish about them, and we will consider it in the next review round.

Intellectual property

The rankings, the reasoning published alongside them, the guides, the page copy, the design system and the TbilisiExperts name and logotype belong to us. You may read, print and share links freely, and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back.

You may not republish a list in whole or in substantial part, systematically scrape the site, or use its content to train, populate or benchmark another directory or model without our written permission. Firm names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners and are used here to identify the firms we write about.

Using the site

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, impersonate us, or use our contact routes to send bulk marketing. We may withdraw access to anyone doing so.

Availability and changes

The site is provided as it is, without any warranty that it will be available, error-free or continuously up to date. We add, re-order and retire lists as the market moves, and we may change these terms — the date at the top always tells you when they last moved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, cost or damage arising from your use of this site or from any decision to engage, or not engage, a firm listed on it — including lost profit, lost opportunity, professional fees, or the outcome of any matter. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia at [OPERATING ENTITY — registered seat and competent court venue to be supplied].
